Travel credit competition terms and conditions:
1. To be part of the competition, entrants must have an authorised Ausfuel Rewards program card. These cards include:
- Generic Ausfuel Rewards card,
- Co-branded CMAX, Carla Furnishers, Palmerston Sports, Litchfield, AFANT, Mitre 10 Katherine or OzBrew card,
- A current Palmerston Sports, Casuarina Club or Darwin Trailer Boat Club membership card (By club members using their club card, the member explicitly agrees with the Ausfuel Rewards Terms and Conditions. For full details, visit www.ausfuelrewards.com.au or phone 1300 308 339); or
- AFD account card linked to Ausfuel Rewards
2. To be part of the draw, members will need to comply with the following entry criteria:
- Each registered purchase, meeting the minimum spend requirement, made at any participating Ausfuel Rewards business (using an authorised program card), gains an entry into the competition.
- Purchases must be made within the competition period, which is between 01st October at 00:00 AEST and 07th Dec at 23:59 AEDT 2008 (dates inclusive)
- Manually registered purchase transactions will also be accepted, if all other terms and conditions of the competition are upheld and the transaction is entered in the system before the competition period ends. Ausfuel Rewards take no responsibility of delays in entering the transactions in the system.
- The registered purchase transaction must be a minimum of thirty dollars ($30).
- Redemption purchases are not included.
- The purchase will be counted only if the transaction is on the Ausfuel Rewards system on the day of the draw (if there is a delay in settlement by the terminal, this is not the responsibility of Ausfuel Rewards)
- Purchases made, then returned during the competition period, will not be counted in the draw.
- Once the winner has been determined, they will be contacted within 5 working days.
- Ausfuel Rewards may investigate the winner’s purchase if it seems fraudulent. If found that the transaction is in fact fraudulent, Ausfuel Rewards has the right to re-draw another winner
- Staff of Ausfuel Pty Ltd and AFD are eligible to be part of the competition if the purchase was made at a merchant where the staff is not an employee. Purchases made at any Ausfuel Pty Ltd or AFD owned service station, of which the staff is an employee, will not be accepted.
3. One winner will be drawn for the competition:
- The competition winner drawn will receive travel credit to the value of $2,000.00, which will be provided by Latitude Travel, Shop 15 Winnellie Shopping Centre, Winnellie NT 0821A.B.N. 25 109 118 649. Travel credit refers to booking services from Latitude Travel, up to the value of $2,000.00.
- The winner is bound by the terms and conditions of the issuing provider of Latitude Travel and their service providers.
- Ausfuel Rewards does not accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), additional expense or inconvenience, third party negligence or other event, during travels resulting from purchases made with the travel credit.
- If for any reason, any travel service is unable to provide the services that have been contracted; your remedy lies against the provider and not with Ausfuel Rewards.
- Any additional expenses incurred above that of the prize are at the expense of the winner.
- Any insurance coverage is the responsibility and at the expense of the winner.
4. Latitude Travel may have additional terms and conditions regarding the use of the travel credit. It is the winner’s responsibility to check with Latitude Travel prior to redemption of such details.
5. Contact numbers of the drawn winner must be in the Ausfuel Rewards system. If no contact numbers are available, another winner will be drawn (contact details can be updated prior to the draw, either by calling Ausfuel Rewards on 1300 308 339, or online at www.ausfuelrewards.com.au.
6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. The winner will be randomly selected on Monday 15th December at 11:00 AEDT at Suite 2, Level 11, 121 Walker St, North Sydney NSW 2060. | |
